What is a contract assignment?
Our contract assignments are long-term assignments where you commit to a period and work the schedule needed by the facility. Contract assignments are paid at a higher rate.
Can I cancel a contract early?
No, once committed to a contract you will be required to fulfill the assignment. Once complete we can discuss what you did not like about the assignment and find something you may like better. This facility will be removed from your preferences.
When is payday?
Payday is every Friday.
Do you allow overtime?
Yes, overtime is allowed if it is completed at one facility.
Do you offer benefits?
Yes, full-time staff are offered health care benefits and 401k.
If I am going to be late to my assignment, what do I do?
Please call your staffing supervisor if it is during business hours or the after-hours team at 531-212-1609.
If I am unable to go into my assignment, what do I do?
Please call your staffing supervisor if it is during business hours or the after-hours team at 531-212-1609 at least 4 hours before the start of your shift.
If I am ever injured on my assignment, what should I do?
If you are ever injured on the job, contact your supervisor/after-hours team immediately before receiving medical treatment (unless it is an emergency). You will be required to complete a Drug Screening.
